All the qualifying heats have taken place at the South Garda Karting circuit. The final stages with Live Streaming coverage will be on Sunday, March 23rd from 10:50 (Prefinals) and 13:50 (Finali).
The 36th Andrea Margutti Trophy, race organized by Parma Motorsport, comes to life at South Garda Karting in Lonato with the conclusion of the heats on Saturday and presents the initial favorites for the final phase on Sunday, March 23rd.

KZ2 – Bertuca and Palomba engage in a great duel.
In KZ2, the driver to beat is Cristian Bertuca (KCS/BirelART-TM Kart-Vega), a true dominator after pole position in qualifying and success in all three heats. Among the best also Giuseppe Palomba (Maranello Kart/Maranello-TM Kart), second fastest time in qualifying at 0.183s, with two wins and a second place behind Bertuca. Alessio Lorandi (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) also achieved a success, at the top on the wet asphalt due to the rain. Among the best also the German David Trefilov (Formula K SRP/IPK-TM Kart) and Davide Forè (IPK Factory Team/IPK-TM klart), best time in qualifying of Session-2 and twice in second place behind Bertuca and Palomba. William Lanzeni (EKS-TM Kart), Alessio Piccini (Modena Kart/Parolin-TM Kart), Andrea Dalè (CRG-TM Kart) and Genis Civico (CL Racing Team/BirelART-TM Kart) also ended in the best positions.
MINI GR.3 – Perico builds a gap.
Another protagonist of the Andrea Margutti Trophy is Niccolò Perico (Team Driver/KR-Iame-MG), who opened a gap in the MINI Gr.3. After pole position in qualifying, he won all three heats with significant gaps. In qualifying, the Scottish driver Mason Robertson (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) had been very close to the Italian driver, winning his first heat on Friday but then having to settle for two placements in the other two heats. The Scottish driver’s teammate, the Turk Ruzgar Evci (BabyRace/Parolin-Iame), also achieved good results, with two wins. The Mexican Miguel Enrique Manzano Suarez (Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) also put in a good performance.
OKN – Marchesi takes two wins.
In OKN, Nicolas Marchesi (Team Driver/KR-Iame-MG) took the lead ahead of poleman Manuel Scognamiglio (Tellone Motorsport/Tony Kart-Iame) who won his second heat but in the other one, he was second right behind Marchesi. The head-to-head duel seemed to focus on these two main actors. Daniele Vezzelli (CM Motorsport/CRG-TM Kart), Alessandro Cocozza (Cocozza/Sodi-TM Kart) and the Canadian Zach Taylor (KGT Motorsport/Tony Kart-Vortex) were also chasing.
OKNJ – Osadchyi-Suslovskyi is the best.
The best of the heats turned out to be the Ukrainian driver Vsevolod Osadchyi-Suslovskyi (Monster K Factory/Monster Kart-TM Kart-MG) with two wins, after being very fast in qualifying. Followed by the American Nicola Stanley (MP Academy Gamoto/Henza Kart-TM Kart), who posted the best time in qualifying in Session-1, who won the first heat and came second in the other heat behind Osadchyi-Suslovskyi. Cristian Blandino (GSR Team/LN-Iame) claimed two third places and is followed by the Ukrainian Oleksandr Legenkyi (Team Driver/KR-Iame) and his teammate, the Czech Jakub Bednar.
OKJ – Berezkin takes center stage.
In OKJ, after the qualifying sessions that had highlighted the speed of Antonio Cocchianella (Borsch Racing/Tony Kart-Iame-Vega), who posted the pole position time, Ilia Berezkin (Kalì Kart Racing/Kalì-Kart-TM Kart) took center stage, winning all three heats. Cocchianella ended third in all three heats, twice proceeded by Oskari Walle (Parolin Finland/Parolin-TM Kart) and once by the girl from the Czech Republic Martina Rumlenova (MVM Racing Team/KR-TM Kart).
MINI U10 – Duel between Bergam and Algre.
The American Josh Bergman (Kidix/KR-Iame-MG) obtained the best position in the heats with a win and two second places after having claimed pole position in qualifying. Bergman in Lonato found a formidable opponent in the Estonian Jan Ruudi Algre (Formula K SRP/IPK TM Kart), as the latter took two wins in the last two heats. Among the best also Andreas Papageorgiou (Monster K Factory/Monster-TM Kart).
