ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register in the 35° Trofeo Andrea Margutti is necessary to FILL OUT AN ONLINE FORM at the bottom of the page , starting from the date of the registrations opening.

REGISTRATIONS OPENING: 19 FEBRUARY 2024

REGISTRATIONS CLOSING: 10 MARCH 2024

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

BANK TRANSFER

Any different conditions of payment will not be accepted.

The entry fee :

OK Junior – KZ2   € 470,00

Mini Gr.3 – Mini U 10  € 470,00

OKNJ – OKN   € 400,00

ON-LINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1) fill out the form ON-LINE

2) Pay only by bank transfer

3) During the online registration, competitors must send the following documents as attachments:

• Concurrent license
• Drivers license front/rear
• Medical certificate (if is not included in the licence)
• Starting permission Visa (only for foreign drivers if not reported on the license )
• copy bank transfer

4) You will receive an email with the confirmation of registration

5) Print out the registration form and the technical passport

6)  Both forms must be delivered to the sporting checks completed in each field and signed in original

The race number will be assigned by the Organizer.

This e-mail does not confirm the participation in the race.

Drivers admitted to the sporting checks before the race will be announced in time on the official www.trofeomargutti.com website.

The Promoter will have the right to reserve or to reject any registrations and/or entries at any time in his sole and final judgment, without the obligation to give any reasons.

The effective participation in the competition will be definitely confirmed only with the completion of the sporting checks according to the documents submitted in original and it will be final with the exposure of the list of checked drivers in the race board.

Entry fee payed at the online registration will be not refundable for any reason , included no participation at the event (entry fee will be refund only in the case of deny of participation/registration by the Organizer)
